- Google for Jobs is a crucial platform to be present on for online recruitment. We went about optimising job listings on the careers site to display within Google for Jobs.
- Implemented a full funnel advertising approach to reach potential candidates at all stages of their job search journey. We used: Google Search, Google Display, Meta and LinkedIn.
- This made sure our client stayed top-of-mind across all paid advertising channels by using our awareness, consideration and conversion approach.
