Strategic Advice to PSA Peugeot Citroen to Focus Recruitment Initiative

Objective

PSA Peugeot Citroën wanted to develop a new corporate recruitment site to be used as the central recruitment resource by all companies within the group in the UK, including Peugeot, Citroën, PCA, BPF and Gefco.  PSA appointed Enhance Media to provide impartial advice throughout the development of the new corporate recruitment site.

Methodology

Enhance Media initially assisted in the selection of a technology partner to build the new site and provided advice as to the service level agreement to reach with the new supplier.

Enhance Media also provided PSA with independent advice as to which job boards to use in order to generate the best response to the broad range of vacancies within the group. In addition to this Enhance Media formulated a range of online marketing ideas aimed at driving high levels of job seeker traffic to the new PSA corporate recruitment site.

Finally Enhance Media ran online recruitment training workshops on site at Peugeot in Coventry and Citroën in Slough for all those with recruitment responsibilities within PSA. The workshops included a practical session regarding writing effective online copy and the provided ideas for integrating PSA’s new corporate recruitment site with their current recruitment activities.

Results

The advice given to PSA Peugeot Citroen allowed them to concentrate on their core objective - to remain focused on existing recruitment during the technology integration. Since this work, we have enjoyed a great relationship with PSA and continue to provide advertising services to them on an ongoing basis.
