Methodology

Enhance Media designed and served the questionnaire survey on the Hill McGlynn site. The survey was conducted adhering to Market Research Society guidelines.

The questionnaire contained 24 questions covering five main areas - user demographics, user work experience, user media consumption, user job seeking behaviour and user attitudes towards online recruitment. It was presented in Hill McGlynn’s look and feel in order to maximise response rates to the survey.

Results

Enhance Media presented the results to Hill McGlynn along with recommendations. Hill McGlynn have used the data internally to present to the company managers and consultants, to enable them to see clearly how their site is working for them, who they are attracting and to help with planning and implementing an ongoing online strategy.
