How well does a site work? How user-friendly is it? Is it easy to navigate?

These, and many other questions can be answered through our Usability Testing service.

By setting candidates a number of tasks to complete on career websites, we can quickly discover how easy a site is to use, how clearly it is laid out and so on.

Each Usability Test lasts at least an hour and we recommend a minimum of eight people participate.

Their reactions and responses to each site are then recorded and compiled in a document. Based on their findings, we then provide a list of recommendations.
