Clients commission bespoke online surveys in order to gain a more detailed understanding of the profile and opinions of visitors to their websites.
The survey findings can enable employers to understand how candidates are using their site, what expectations they have of corporate careers sites and what their opinions are of the online recruitment process. Data is also gathered on the media consumption of users, so that targeted online marketing campaigns can be developed to attract quality candidates to careers sites.
This level of understanding provides recruiters with solid, relevant data from jobseekers to back up their rational for developing a online recruitment strategy.
We work closely with clients to develop a survey that we use to gather data from site users. Based on previous experience we recommend that questionnaires used are a maximum of 25 questions in length.
We then collect a minimum of 200 completed questionnaires per site using a combination of pop ups and email invitations. The larger the sample size the more it is possible to drill down into the results in detail.
Enhance Media conduct a full analysis of the results and deliver a written report, including recommendations. We also recommend facilitating a results presentation / workshop that allows the client to discuss the results in detail and explore ways of incorporating the views of candidates into the overall recruitment strategy.
