How can Enhance Media help you get more from the internet as a recruitment tool?

Open seminars

Over 100 delegates have attended our online recruitment seminars this year from a broad range of companies including Best International, Michael Page, Nestle and TK Maxx. Next year we're concentrating on two main courses; one designed for recruitment professionals within corporate employers and the second focusing on how recruitment consultancies can best use the internet in the recruitment process. We're already planning our open courses for 2004 and have scheduled dates for the first quarter of next year, click here for more details.

In house training

In addition to running courses for the CIPD and the REC we've also run a number of bespoke in house courses this year for companies such as PSA Peugeot Citroen and Norwich Union. Our in house training courses can be tailored to meet your specific needs and this year have been used successfully by organisations who have recently implemented online recruitment technology and need to acquire a broad level of knowledge across the entire HR department regarding online recruitment. Candidate attraction

Driving candidates to corporate careers sites is becoming increasingly important and is a clear example of the new skills that HR professionals are taking on board as technology impacts on the recruitment industry. Advertising on job boards is a great way of attracting active job seekers, however key word sponsorship through search engines is a useful way of supplementing traffic from job boards and an increasing number of UK employers are using this technique to capture candidates. Our new candidate attraction service provides the complete management of search engine key word sponsorship and is already being used by two of the UK's leading employers. Telephone us on 020

NORAS and NORAS interactive

20 sites are currently taking part in the latest wave of the National Online Recruitment Audience Survey; follow this link for a full list of participants. We're planning to publish the results of the next wave of NORAS in January 2004. You can register to receive a free copy of the results booklet as soon as it's ready by emailing noras2004@enhancemedia.co.uk.

NORAS interactive is an online media planning tool that allows you to get more from the NORAS results by combining data from different questions to identify the site that provides you with the most candidates, whatever your recruitment needs. For example NORAS Interactive shows that Total Jobs can deliver the most candidates in the South of England at Senior Manager level and above (17,000) and that Fish4Jobs delivers the most retail professionals in the North of England (20,000) (NORAS Winter 2003).

From next February in addition to being able to use the system to choose the job board with the right audience we're planning to add to the functionality of NORAS interactive by offering you the chance to post jobs either directly or via email to the sites participating in NORAS. This should mean that NORAS interactive becomes a one stop shop for choosing job boards and posting jobs online. For more information on NORAS interactive please call us on 020 7801 6266.
