Increased Interest In Online Recruitment

Enhance Media announced today that they have seen an increased interest in online recruitment.

Over the last six months, despite a continuing decline in the recruitment market, Enhance Media has seen a noticeable increase in the number of companies that are interested in using the internet to fill vacancies rather than more traditional recruitment methods.

In the current climate the overall volume of recruitment has decreased significantly. However, the company’s research projects have shown that where recruitment is occurring, there has been a definite shift towards online methods, as organisations look for the potential to source quality candidates at a far lower cost through corporate careers sites, job boards and social networking sites.

Giles Guest, the Director of Enhance Media commented, “We are seeing a marked increase in the requirement for greater justification of recruitment spend. Traffic to NORAS (the UK’s largest online recruitment audience research project) has increased, as has the desire for more metric based analysis”.

Enhance Media can also announce today that due to its success in the first two quarters of the year the company will be expanding over the coming months and are looking to hire people with experience in online recruitment, training, SEO and job board advertising services.
