New qualification gives Enhance Media the edge in online recruitment

Three members of the team at online recruitment specialists, Enhance Media, have gained a professional search engine qualification enabling them to boost the effectiveness of pay-per-click advertising campaigns.

The last National Online Recruitment Audience Survey, which is managed by Enhance Media, showed 35 per cent of first-time visitors to job boards had found the site on a search engine. This demonstrates the important role search engines play in driving traffic to job boards and corporate career sites.

The qualification guarantees the knowledge and skills to ensure clients attract more relevant candidates at a reduced cost per click. It consists of a series of e-learning modules and is completed after passing an online exam.
