Giles Guest, Managing Director

Giles Guest is the managing director of Enhance and has the remit of driving the business forward through a period of online recruitment growth and increasing desire for employers to use the internet to recruit directly.

Giles has 12 years experience in online recruitment having previously founded 4mat.com – a specialist provider of online recruitment solutions to recruitment agencies and employers. He grew 4mat from start-up to the UK’s largest company of its type before selling the business in 2006 to the Silicon Valley Group.

Giles has recently spent time consulting large organizations on the impact of web 2.0 in recruitment and also has a background in technology (Director of a software house) and recruitment (Director of a specialist technology search firm).

His goal is to build Enhance in the keys areas of online recruitment training, research and online recruitment advertising as well as developing the market leading online research project that is NORAS
