Enhance Media was the brainchild of Tim Elkington and Alastair Cartwright. Despite the multitude of recruitment advertising agencies, there was no dedicated online recruitment agency in the UK. This was surprising, because it was clear that the web would change recruitment forever: How companies market themselves; how jobseekers look for jobs; how quickly jobs could be posted – and filled. Quite clearly, the implications – and opportunities – were enormous.

So, in 2001, Enhance Media was born.

Six years on and we’ve gone from strength to strength. Our secret? We know what we’re talking about, thanks to extremely valuable and unique sources of research and information.

Also, by specialising exclusively in online recruitment and selection, we have developed an enormous amount of specialised experience, while our major competitors have tried to cover all media.
